Horrible cinema / worst staff

What a dump, @ V&A Waterfront your service staff and the entire cinema sucks, first and last will rather stick to cavendish like we always do, on Sunday after purchasing my kids their popcorn, I realised it’s this damn paper bag **** again and I hate it!! Who watched a movie with noisy paper bags 😳 I then go over to prestige, mind you after our car accident I have a limp and it was quite a walk, I explain I will pay for their popcorn there as I despise this silly brown bag, after agreeing this chic charges me and I pay and they bring the same damn bag, I tell her I literally just told u I wanted a bowl and u bring a bag, I’m on the other side why would I purchase here, I am unable to carry it what is the difference, she says well the price, I just paid the R180 what price are you on about???? Well if you don’t buy this ticket u cnt buy this popcorn, what I wanna know is what is the damn difference, my kids were not old enough to watch the movies they were playing and the normal cinema had it? As a damn business do u turn ppl away for buying a small soda instead of a large, that makes no sense, after arguing with me and switching to their own language to one another n refusing to assist me I then said well then I do not want it, could be popcorn u swept up after the last movie in that bag, I’m not interested!!! They then ask for my card, THE SAME ONE THEY JUST USED as proof and as I wait for my money she is like you need to wait 1/4 working days, ofcrs by now I’m fuming and decided to just get the kids settled and not allow this ppl to ruin my entire day, watch our movie and as always we wait for any Easter eggs, of which there was one and as it plays tue cleaners start shouting over one another”sit aanie lig” start cleaning and I cnt hear a damn thing and neither can the kids, after all this and we all know for 3 ppl with snacks etc is solid R700 I am spending, minimum for this, no freaken way, never use this cinema in Cape Town they suck
