HIGHLY UNSATISFIED

I started off going to star kinekor happy almost every time but get this !!!

Purchasing tickets online with a age restriction of 12 allows a 6 year old to walk into in the movie however if you pay at the desk they won't allow an eleven year old to walk in. Im sorry but that highly unfair in all aspects.

Next this whole new system that they got running is annoying the daylights out of more then one person for sure. They are implementing new processes yet they have no signage and no proper notifications of any kind. How many queues does the average person have to stand in to be able to buy drinks and popcorn, not to mention they got my order wrong after I confirmed 4 times what I want and I got so frustrated I literally started laughing and walked away because I was charged for something I didn't ask for not to mention I was tired from jumping through queues. While paying I asked what the reason is for the change over I was told that peoples credit cards are declining and holding everyone back... quite frankly I would prefer to wait an extra 5 min then 20 min, I would also prefer not to jump into 3 different queues

I do hope someone takes this into consideration and at least tries to address my concerns as well as other customers, however I am not holding my breath
