Happy customer

I don't normally do this but with all the bad reviews I've read, I just want to share this. On Friday, 28 July 2023, I booked a ticket for the mer**** movie I wasn't paying attention and mistakenly book booked it at Fourways Mall instead of Sterland Mall (iykyk). After my purchase, I noticed that it had the wrong venue and immediately emailed Ster Kinekor Customer Care <***>. On 31 Jul 2023, I received an email from them Julia (specifically) it read "we will issue re-admissions to the same value as the tickets you bought, and you can redeem your extras next time you visit the cinema using the same booking reference number." Given the reviews I've read (which were all negative btw) I just want to say that their service is Improving. and lets not stop supporting them. for the love of movies.😅
