Half accessible

This past week my family and i decided to watch Moana 2 at the Ster Kinekor in Mimosa mall. my younger sister uses a wheelchair so when we arrived at the Ster Kinekor everything seemed to be wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator leading to the Ster Kinekor and we saw a ramp leading to some movie theatres. After booking and paying for our tickets we proceeded to our movie theatre but to our shock and disbelief, the movie theatre where Moana 2 was showing was not wheelchair accessible. There were 2 flights of stairs, one outside and one inside the theatre and there was no other way inside the movie theatre. This situation confuses me because what is the purpose of having some areas wheelchair accessible and others not? We were greatly disappointed but i would like to thank the lady who kindly helped us change our movie. Mimosa mall can you please implement wheelchair accessible pathways to all theatres so that many more differently-abled people can enjoy any movie of their selection
