Great service after my stupid mistake

I booked a movie online yesterday afternoon to watch in that evening, and because it was done in a rush, I booked the right day and time, but the wrong movie.

When we arrived at Ster Kinekor in Cresta, and picked up the tickets, I realised my error. I spoke to Thumi (manger) and her team, and they very helpfully helped my rectify my mistake with no hassle and great communication.
