Great Service

I had a problem with the iPhone booking system and wrote an email to Ster-Kinekor in the belief that it would take forever. Within half an hour I had a response and when the issue was escalated everything was done to ensure that I received quality service. My problem was resolved quickly and with the utmost courtesy! Excellent stuff, that's how customer service should work!
