Great moments at their Greatest

<p>I went to the Gateway Ster Kinekor on the 24th of June which was my birthday and had a truly disasterous experience with 2 of the patrons. I logged a complaint which was attended to by Nisreen. She was kind empathetic and truly genuwine. She not only managed to calm me down but handled the situation proffessionily and diplomatically. She definately went out of her way to keep me as a client and keep me coming back to Ster Kinekor. In a country where Customer Centricity and Service Delivery is lacking amabassadors like Nisreen are rare Gems. I truly hope that she is comended for her sterling service.</p>
