Great customer service from Ster-Kinekor!

A shout out to Musa! I made a mess when booking movie tickets from my Discovery app for the first time yesterday. I booked for yesterday instead of today - AND the incorrect time. When I got to Ster Kinekor cinema's at the Waterfront yesterday afternoon to try and rectify matters , the movie had already started. I mailed Customer Care about my predicament , and today Musa was kind enough to organise vouchers for me so that we can watch Top Gun at our intended time this evening 💥
