Good customer service

I got to the Zone in rosebank in jhb during the evening to watch a movie sat the 26th, only to find that for that particular kind of a movie i wanted to watch it was fully booked. I then booked for a 10h30 movie around 8pm. It happened that i loose the movie tickets somehow, but im glad that when i went to the cinema to explain my story i got help instantly. There was a lady whom i forgot her name, but i know she's from soweto who helped me that night. She went extra mile to even show where we should be seated. That was the best service thus far from a cinema. All i know shes the only child, she worked at the front helping people to buy tickets.
