Go early so you don't miss the movie

We went to Cradlestone ster Kinekor what appalling service.... We waited 25 min in a queue to get our 3d glasses when I said to the lady clearly you needs more staff she said yes please do complain.... no coke in stock and really just so slow and such slap dash service. This led to people arriving late into the movie as we,also saw them in the queue. The best was having people's feet in the back of my neck as they decided the movie house was now there couch at home! Most uncomfortable and all round horrible experience. I think you guys need to do something fast!!!
