Ghetto cinema

The aircons at sterland cinemas haven’t bothered to work for 3 months now if not longer. What makes matters worse is the seats are unclean, so when one watches a movie , they feel like they are at the ghetto, dust smell, the heat Lord Jesus, I even start to feel itchy like there is lice in the or muggots or whatever else that irritates the skin.. by far my worse experience. I’m a loyal member to the brand but at this rate , perhaps I need to give my metro a fair chance. Please resolve this.
