Generic management certificate

Hence every company has to take their employees for training according to labour,2015 we went for training at head office at Sterkinekor for generic management,we were supposed to get our certificate,I have asked Mary Bereng about mine the answer I got was to wait for Duduzile Manganye as she is busy with the induction,I tried to contact Matthew he said I must talk to Rashil who is so rude and he couldn't help me why I dnt understand because I'm the only person with that name and surname they can't use it.
