gateway ster kinekor never again

on my anversairy,lady decides gateway for a change for taken,we get the tickets and go for drinks,one attendant and takes 7 mins per client then my turn,time is short and offers me and another couple to bring our combo in 7 mins to movie.we watch movie 30 mins while im searchining I cant find him and my fiance really thirsty and irrated.<br> <br> I go back seeing him as usual and says he came,to avoid argument as I was sitting at the door entrance which informed the supposedly manager that I would have seen him enter.afyter waiting 45 mins to find the manager leon as nobody got his info or where he went.he couldnt get the supervisor and had gone home which I inform him im coming Wednesday to watch and would give me complimentary tickets.it is too late to go for dinner on our annerversiary.<br> <br> I arrive wedenesday,waiting to find leon,the supervisor not around and cant get me the tickets which he promised during the day he would phone and arrange.Furthermore he cant phone his supervisor and expects me to phone and comeback Thursday.He takes my details again and says Thursday the manager will resolve all.<br> <br> Thursday no answer and reply.I am questioning the mismanagement and waste of time
