Gateway forcing customers to watch imax / prestige

Over a month ago I took up the issue of gateway only offering new block buster releases via premium price points via imax and prestige

It’s clear that gateway is using this as way of forcing customers to pay premium prices for new movies even if they are normal 2d movies

Movies shown in IMAX and prestige previously were coupled up with option of normal viewing at entry level price

Since the end of last year this is no longer the case Gateway is intentionally only offering New popular releases via imax and prestige it’s an extremely under handed tactic forcing customers to pay premium prices it’s an absolute disgrace and has been noticed I prime example of this or rather the latest example of this is the new release of “ the gentleman. “ it’s a 2d movie and is only available at gateway via prestige other ster kinekor cinemas have entry level 2d offering at normal price yet conviently gateway is only showing in prestige at the premium price of R174 a ticket

Disgusting business practice Ster kinekor and it’s been going on for months on end a further slap in the face to your loyal customers even worse are your overly inflated refreshment prices you are committing day light *******
