Games that are just an empty shell

I had purchased two games via the Playstation store. After paying for them via credit card and spending 2-3 days of downloading each game , frustratingly they both never progress pass the initial loading screen. Co-incidentally they are both published by Ubisoft. I have contacted Ubisoft and they reccomended courses of action to which I have adhered to but to no avail.

The non Ubisoft games that I have downloaded from the playstation store worked immediately post download.

The titles are Far cry 4 and Tom Clancy's : the division.

I have contacted Playstation SA and they have issued me with a with an incident number 180 ********** 30. Ubisoft have advised that only Playstation SA can refund me and not them. I havn't heard from Playstation SA since the 14/02/18.

As the official distribution agents for Playstation in SA, please can you send me hard copies of the game or a full refund

Good day, Yes , I am aware that Megarom is the distributor in South Africa, I was alluding to Ubisoft being the International distributor as well as the studio that produced these games. I have contacted Partserv previously like you’ve recommended. They’ve issued me with a template to fill out the details of my query. After sending this through, I have not heard from them since the 14/02/18. Their call centre has told me on numerous occasions they can’t assist me with my query thereafter ask me to email them for a blank query template again. Can you see the pattern here ? The last incident I received from the e-mail process was Incident 180 ********** 30 . This query is still unresolved and I would like a refund please.
