Furious! Cant get hold of anyone!

I have now gone and emailed, sent through a complaint with the site, wrote on the facebook wall and tried to call for the past 2 days now with absolutely no response!!! I am trying to change my ticket times that I booked for on Friday from the 8pm show to the 22:45pm show in the same cinema !!! Your call line just drops after 2 minutes of holding as well as yesterday the line all of a sudden said \The number you have dialed is unobtainable"I tried again today and it would just drop the call while waiting for an agent!
