Furious and Disgusted

Disgusted with the way Ster kinekor mall of the north conducts itself.

I booked 3 tickets for myself, my wife and my son( 13years of age) For jurresic park on the 25/06/2022, 13:15pm.

The supervisor by the name of Mamphokhu Phoshoko refused to let me son into the movie even tho I presented his date of birth showing that he is 13 years of age.

Her response is that “he does not look 13” So because he is shorter and smaller built he cannot enter ? Is this how you conduct yourselves?

I want the above mentioned employee to be dealt with accordingly and this matter to be resolved as a matter of urgency?

The last movie we watched here was Spider-Man Far from home ( age restriction 13) How was my son allowed in then but not now?

On top of all this I am not waiting for a refund for the last 30 mins which cannot be processed because your systems are offline.

I will be lodging a formal complaint, and placing you guys on hello Peter and all media outlets

I’m absolutely furious and disgusted.
