From now on I will support Nu metro over ster kinekor any day of the week

I went to watch a film at the Tygervalley cinema in Cape Town and it was honestly my worst experience in a cinema.

They have lights going down the stairs so that you don’t trip and fall while you walking....Each of the lights had covers on except for two of the lights, so I could literally see everything clearly, like I was watching a film with the lights on instead of off.

I was anticipating the film for a while, and I felt ****** of the experience, because I did not enjoy a movie that I should have.

I escalated it to ster kinekor via email on the 24/10/2019, they rep**** the same day saying thank you and we will investigate.

I received an email from them yesterday saying “we will be escalating this to head office, but please accept our apology...“

This is a company who literally stands for giving their customers “great moments”, and watching a film with blue lights shining in your face is definitely not a good time.

I will rather cancel my discovery vitality and not support ster kinekor any longer. I am team Nu Metro now. And I will rather experience great moments with them, where I can feel I’m supporting a company who care about my experience.
