Friendly and efficient

At Ster Kinekor Centurion we were having trouble getting our Discovery Vitality membership cards. The first time we went the person who assisted us had no idea how the system worked and ended up unable to assist us.<br> <br> Today we went there again in the hopes to get the cards this time. First the manager told me that they don't have Discovery cards at Ster Kinekor. While I was arguing with the manager, Vincent overheard and offered to help me out.<br> <br> He was very efficient, knew exactly what he was doing (I had registered online beforehand so it was not a standard new application) and quickly sorted out our cards and the activation. He was friendly and professional throughout the process, even when his manager was content with simply claiming ignorance.<br> <br> Thank you for the good service Vincent, I hope you get commended for it.
