Freezing Experience at Ster-Kinekor

Went to see Dune in a 2D cinema. It was freezing in there, my sister and I could not enjoy the movie, because it was so cold. We always go to Ster-kinekor cines and when ever we have a compliant it is sorted out immediately. We asked for the aircon to be turned down and was told nothing could be done about it. Very disappointing. We had to leave and missed the end of the movie, as I was too cold to even concerntrate.
