Booked and paid online for 3 tickets for Men in Black at the Zone Rosebank. Arrived at the cinema to be told that the transaction had been cancelled. Not by me it wasn't ! Had to pay again. Trying to find out how/why the original transaction had been cancelled and by whom is impossible... as is getting a refund ! This is theft; so I am laying a charge of theft with SAPS against Ster-Kinekor first thing Monday morning.
