First time we've been there and really disappointed - East gate

We booked tickets for the valentines day promotion at ster kinekor Eastgate... Movie was delayed Staff were ***********, Giving you a different story all the time, we were told they had stock of items on the menu before ordering, only to be told afterwards that they dont have and can't exchange items, people were given the wrong orders and had to wait upto 30 minutes for their orders, We had to remind them to refund us. They were not organised and helpful. Goodie bags were being taken by the staff and not given to clients who came to watch the movie. First movie 6pm got 2 goodie bags and second show got just 1. Was an unpleasant experience at Eastgate being there for the first time... Wont go back
