Feedback promised but never received

The imax at Eastgate had issues in December and the movie I booked for was cancelled. The situation was poorly handled by management and I alerted them via hellopeter and twitter. I was promised feedback from both sources and to date, nobody has bothered to contact me or provide any feedback. I've also seen on twitter that many people are complaining about ster kinekor not bothering about customer service or taking complaints seriously. The alternatives to ster kinekor are starting to look much better
