Faulty website bookings

<p>On the morning of the seventh of December 2016 between 08:00 and 09:00 i attempted to book two tickets for the upcoming star wars film via the Ster Kinekor website. After registering with the website i proceeded to choose the date, time and seat numbers for my film and then payed electronically, after recieving a notification from my bank the the payment has been made an error message occured on the website stating that there has been a problem with the cinema and that i will not recieve my tickets even though the payment has been made. The website also provided me with a call centre number that i can contact so that i may be refunded. i have called the number three times this morning and no one can help me. no one has any record of my payment or my booking......</p> <p>It seems that i has become common conduct for Ster Kinekor to take your money but not to render its promised services.</p>
