Faulty Equipment

Booked my tickets for Avengers Age of Ultron for the Cinema Prestige in Sandton City as I heard great things about it(The Cinema).<br> Get in at 19:50 and it looked amazing, really comfortable, but what frustrated me was the functionality on my seat C6 was not working, I wasn't prepared to go out and complain as I didn't want to disrupt the movie or miss anything, so I sat in the upright position and watched, was very annoyed as I did pay for an experience and sadly that was foiled due to a broken seat.
