False promotion and beaching their own terms and conditions

I went to Ster Kinekor Wonderpark on 21 July to use my birthday tickets and it left a bitter taste in my mouth. Now you guys clearly state in your terms and conditions that the birthday Ticket can be used to watch any 2D or 3D movie, as long as it is a WEEK after release. I wanted to watch Spider-Man:Far from home but was told the system won't allow me since it's new. Mind you Far from home was released on 3 July, so it clearly is more than 1 week after release, was told I can only watch movies a month or older.

I called your call center and was told that I can watch Spider-Man as it has been released for a little over 2 weeks now, went back to Wonderpark and again I was turned back because the claim the system won't allow me to watch far from home as it is new.

So thus tells me that you as Ster Kinekor are in breach of your own terms and conditions and are also guilty of false advertising. You give me a birthday Ticket clearly stating that I can watch any movie as long as it a week after release but when I go to claim the ticket to watch Spider-Man, I am told I can't. Also your customer service center and branch(Wonderpark) don't seem to be on the same page.

Can this issue be resolved before my ticket expires as I have been there twice and turned away twice.
