False promises

We booked the new Spectre movie in Ster Kinekor Cine Prestige for 8pm tonight 5 December 2015. We booked online and made payment. We received an sms confirming the payment but an error showed online saying that the booking was not complete /confirmed. They gave us a reference number (***3) and asked us to call the Ticket Line for any queries. I spoke to Nkosinathi and he confirmed that the booking showed on his system. He told us to redeem the tickets using our card at the ticket counter and if there are any issues to use our reference number. When redeeming our tickets, the system gave an error showing that there were no bookings for our card number. We spoke to the Complex Manager who showed us on his system that the booking was there but the seats had not been reserved. We were simply told that the only other seats were 3 behind each other meaning we couldn't even sit together. We were offered no other choice and can't even enjoy this movie together. We specifically chose Ster Kinekor and Cine Prestige to share with our brother the fantastic experience we have had in the past. We expect to hear back from management regarding this matter.
