False advertising by Ster Kinekor

I bought 2 tickets and 2 black Friday combo tickets online using my SK club membership. When my son and I arrived at the Sandton cinema the staff at the confectionery counter said me and other patrons are not allowed said me and other patrons are not allowed to redeem the black Friday voucher because it doesn't go through on the system. What pathetic service as we were delayed and were forced to buy new combos and pay for them. How does Ster Kinekor run this promotion but when we wanted to redeem, it would not go through and were told to buy new combos??? Can someone please respond to this issue. Not even to speak about the filthy cinema number 5 with trash all over.
