False advertising and resolving complaint case without resolving the issue

<p>I was in the process of booking tickets on the Ster-Kinekor website when I noticed the banner stating "book your next movie tickets on your cellphone and benefit from No Booking Fee. Get the link to our Award-winning mobile internet site here. I followed the link on my cellphone and made a booking on their mobile site. They still charged a booking fee. That is false advertising. When I logged a complaint they closed the case without providing any explanation or resolution.</p>
