False Advertising

On Saturday, 19 March I went to movies. We waited at the Popcorn counter for 30 minutes to be assisted. The staff are slow, couldn't be bothered that there is a long queue, that the people are missing the movie times and then when you ask for Junior popcorn which is priced at R22,90 you are told that you cannot buy it separately, it must be in a combo. NOW WHY PRICE IT IF THAT IS THE CASE? I AM QUITE SICK AND TIRED OF SK DICTATING TO ME WHICH SIZE POPCORN I MUST BUY. If I feel like a Junior then that is what I want - don't tell me that I must buy a Classic or otherwise a combo. I do not eat sweets/chocolate, so why waste my money to buy a combo just so I can get a Junior popcorn. And it has not been my first or second time that I've been told this - it's happened at Cape Gate, Parow Centre, Cavendish - I THINK IT'S PATHETIC. The movie prices are already expensive, now you told what food you must buy as well - SERIOUSLY !!! Also get more staff at those counters - there is so much unemployment, create some jobs for people - WAITING FOR 30/40 MINUTES IN A QUEUE TO BE ASSISTED IS NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!!
