False Advertising

Yesterday the 17 May 2015 My husband and myself took my son and his 2 friends to movies at Cresta Ster-Kinekor. When we went to buy the food and drinks, my husband asked for coffee and they had no coffee cups available so Xoliswa went to find, which took 5 mins. Then I asked for a kids cool drink and popcorn. She takes the small containers out, and I said I wanted kiddies sizes. She says they no longer do them in kids sizes. Then, firstly its false advertising and secondly I want the small at the kids price. She rolled her eyes and carried on. I told her again that I want them at Kids prices. She called the manager Basil who pointed to the board which says ***Subject to availability***. I said to him, don't tell me that when I now know that you do not serve the kiddies sizes anymore. He turned around and walked away, oblivious to the situation. The attitude of these 2 staff members was utterly disgusting. I NOW URGE PEOPLE IF YOU ARE GOING TO MOVIES BUY YOUR OWN REFRESHMENTS AND TAKE THEM IN YOUR BAG!!! Don't support such people!!!!!!
