False ad for birthday ticket

Subscribed to the movie club on my birthday. Got an email saying that I can watch a movie for free. Went to Tygervalley on my day off but could not get a free movie ticket even though I have an email from ster kinekor saying so. Manager couldn't help me. Said I should have been a member for a couple of weeks prior. No effet to assist on my birthday. False advertising in my opion. Poor service. Would not recommend going on your birthday.
