Failure to have a POA in place

To the Ster Kinekor Management at Rosebank, you guys utterly failed to have a proper plan of action in place due to loadshedding. Telling people that you will refund them does not solve the problem because you should have made alternative arrangements knowing that people have booked way in advance for the 50 shades of grey movie. I and a lot of people were disappointed my SK reference numbers are ***8, ***3 and ***7. We were booked for the 8 pm show and I asked the staff if it would be possible if we can come back for the later show. The staff was not prepared to give us any feedback as they were not informed what to tell the patrons. We then returned for the 10 pm show and they then opened cine 3 for us now when we wanted to buy the combo especially for the movie we were told that they were sold out. Once again not preparing in advance for the magnitude of people that booked for the show. Sadly to say I was utterly disappointed.
