Failure by staff to act accordingly.

After purchasing seats for a movie we have long anticipated, we arrive in the cinema, only to find people already in the seats we booked. Now usually this would be easily resolved, but even after calling the manager, there was no other option, but to refund our money, not even suggesting that the people in our seats be removed, to be seated on their correct seats. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and resulted in me wasting my time, my money and my patience.

I won't be returning to this cinema anytime soon. Worst service I have ever received at a cinema in my life!
