Extremely Rude Call Centre Agent

On trying to find out why my ticket wasn't going through at checkout on the online site.

I called the Ster Kinekor call centre for help. I was answered by a very rude agent by the name of Lee. Her behavior on the phone was extremely rude. She had a very bad attitude towards me over the phone. When I'd ask her for clarity on issues i didn't understand, she continuously responded to me in an irritated and condescending tone, asking me to speak "properly". With her ultimately sighing in frustration and dropping the phone on me. This is totally and utterly unexceptionable as I have not been helped well all is said and done.
