Extremely disappointed in services rendered or lack of.

<p>I am really quite disappointed in the service received at Ster-kinekor Cine Prestige ( Mall of Africa), I was really looking foward to a lovely evening out considering how much it costs to watch a movie there, for R500 (including food), we waited in a line for almost 20minutes to get help and place a order, all this while our movie was playing. It baffles me as to why this had to take so long when it takes no longer than 5min to get your movie snacks at the ''normal'' side.</p> <p> </p> <p>After waiting 20min to order, it took another 20min to receive the order, when our order eventually came (2 slush, 2 popcorn, 2 sweets, 2 slices of cake - this was not even food that needed to be prepared) it came with no straws, so we asked the waiter to return with straws and and spice for the popcorn - seeing that it had no flavour. He didnt even come back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im really shocked to have experienced this, it really is far much better to watch a movie in the ''normal'' section.</p>
