EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE/RESPONSE

I would just like to express how badly my movie experience was the past Tuesday 14th at N1 City Ster Kinekor. Myself and Partner went to watch The Curse of La Llorna but did not get to finish the movie as we walked out. When the movie started there was a knocking sound coming from the ceiling. There was obviously construction going on in your projector room and someone was banging with a hammer from the time we entered up to half way through the movie when we walked out.

There was another lady that got up when the movie started that complained to the manager but nothing was done regarding the complaint. I myself also got up after nothing happened after the first complaint and complained to 1 of the ladies working there, she said she will go sort it but still nothing happened.

I really don’t feel like visiting N1 City Ster Kinekor again. I would just like my money I paid for the movie and wasted combos which we also left in the cinema when we walked out as management and staff was probably to lazy or tired to sort out what ever knocking was going on.

I am sending a direct email before I go to hello peter and social media but will follow through if im ignored like myself and partner was ignored on the 14th May 2019. I have seen loads of complaints on Hello Peter about the N1 City Ster Kinekor and its managers bad s****s.

I await your response. STILL AWAITING RESPONSE SO I FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH HELLO PETER AS PROMISED!!
