extremely bad service, and a lack of knowledge

<p>i am extremely disgusted with the service i am getting from Ster kinekor Parow....I was there several times already enuiring about something that they advertise. They have huge boards all over advertising that they host parties, i have asked many of the staff members for more infor regarding this, however i was refered to the website. when i go on the website i cannot find anything. my latest encounter with them was on Sunday when i went there for a 4th time. i asked them again why are they advertising stuff and they have absolutey NO knowlege about it, and i was told by one of the staff members Ronald " that is just how it works, if we dont know then we dont know" WHAT A PATHETIC WAY TO ANSWER A CLIENT. I then spoke to the manager Xavier who then informed me that none of the staff knows about this he is the only one that can answer me...he was NOT very helpfull at all, he gave me an email adress for one of the ops managers and said i need to get more info from this person. I mailed Kim Voster the ops manager on Monday and STILL DID NOT GET ANY FEEDBACK.</p>
