excellent customer service

I visited the Tygervalley Ster Kinekor on Saturday 06 June and was amazed to watch your manager, Kim, assist in serving customers with such a friendly attitude. This is not the first time i have witnessed this at this particular cinema and firmly believe that in a time when complaints abound, exceptionally good efforts most definitely deserve recognition. <br> <br> Well done on a well managed facility as other staff encountered by myself were also very pleasant. This is a big improvement on some others cinemas I have visited in other Provinces<br> <br> Thank you, I will definitely be back.<br> <br> <br>
