Evacuation/Movie Interruption
I visited the Ster-Kinekor at Somerset Mall on 05 Aug 2018 to watch Ant-Man & The Wasp at 14:45. Halfway through the movie we were rushed out of the cinema due to an evacuation at the mall. I have since been unable to get hold of the Somerset Mall branch to request a refund or swap out for another movie and head the call centre has claimed to be unable to help. Besides not getting any response on the email line, I'd like to know how to go about getting my query addressed.
