End to Finish Awful experience at Gateway

Having a completely disappointing experience at Gateway cinema (which is supposed to be one of our best cinemas). Staff are rude, walking around with their arms folded, in their pockets or chatting with each other rather than helping customers. Half of ticket machines aren't working or broken. Screens are barely even fastened to the counter anymore and actually getting them to respond to your touch is like using a machine in the 90s that was just invented. Popcorn is so stale, people are actually taking it back. Slushy is tasteless. Some slush flavors aren't even available. Then after spending just over R1000 on tickets and snacks for a family movie afternoon you have to sit in a cinema that smells like damp water and wet clothes... And listen to adds that say - "Our competent and friendly staff..." Or - "Watch movies the way they are meant to be seen"... Really? Thoroughly disappointed. Very dissatisfied. Highly disgusted. You should be ashamed of yourself.
