East Rand Mall Pathetic service

Yesterday myself my mother, my father and my sister went to Ster-Kinekor in the East Rand Mall to watch jumanji , what a disappointment. Firstly we needed to wait 20min for popcorn because they ran out of popcorn, HOW ON EARTH DO A CINEMA RUN OUT OF POPCORN. Secondly the staff is so unprofessional and unfriendly, thirdly when we got into the movie late because they didn't have popcorn whe could not enjoy the movie because people came in the whole time. And if all of that is not enough, 20min into the movie the lights just came on a d the movie stopped. Due to all of the **** it made my father late for night shift and we didn't enjoy the movie. So we spend almost R600.00 to get this **** service
