Duplication of payment

I paid with my bankcard, it was swiped 4 times and the money was deducted from my account. I paid cash for the transaction. The lady promised it would be in my account within 3 days. I am not staying in Brooklyn, living in Nigel and had to go back, as the money is still not in my account. I went back on 15 Aug, completed forms they asked me to do for the re-inbursing of the money. I phone them constantly, no one is answering or responding,.The money is still not in my account.
