Dropped Call!!

I have been trying to get through to the call centre to cancel a ticket urgently and be refunded as my partners flight has been delayed by 2 hours and we will miss the show. I have called a total of 30 times so far all resulting in dropped calls after 2 minutes - That is 1 HOUR worth of call time on my cell phone bill!!! This is absolutely crazy!! How can you be running a call centre that way?? I am now spending more than what the ticket is even worth because of the pathetic supposed call centre! I am also going to run out of time to cancel the ticket as I am unable to cancel once the show starts, resulting in a loss of money spent on tickets and money spent on attempted calls so far!!
