Dreadful experience at Ster Kinekor Gateway Mall!

Went to spend my birthday with my partner, for a day out at the movies, at Ster Kinekor Gateway Mall on Easter Friday. What a miserable time from start to finish! Noise from outside the cinema was so loud, we could not hear much throughout the movie. Seemed like the doors are broken and does not shut at all. Whilst watching the movie towards the end the lights come on and the cleaners rush in the cinema talking loud to each other, they realised that the movie was still on, put the lights back off and left. The lights coming on at the climax of the movie, the most interesting part??? As it it the prices of the snacks are so expensive but now the movie isn't a pleasant experience at all! I contacted SK privately on Facebook and they did reply stating that they would contact me by telephone call regarding the matter,still no response. Seems like now their Customer Service levels have also decreased if their was any in the first place. Thanks SK you have now lost a weekly customer.
