Double-Paid; Promised a refund - NEVER received! (Now 4 months later)

We booked online to watch Spiderman on 13 Jul this year. When we arrived, they admitted there had been an error in their online booking system, that I should just pay again and they would refund me in 3-4 working days.

IT HAS NOW BEEN 4 MONTHS, and even after emailing and calling the call centre numerous times, all they keep asking for is for me to submit proof of the double payment - which I have done!!!!

SHOCKING!!! Never pay twice at Ster Kinekor, you will not get your money bac****!!

WHAT A JOKE!!!!! Finally got an email response from Ster Kinekor - 8 months later!!! (The complaint was raised on 13 July 2017). The only response I received was that the case has been closed: "Your feedback and experience allows us to continue to improve and as such our team have closed your interaction as noted below: CAS-112350-Y6P1C2 " Here is my feedback: Your customer service is a whole new level of disgusting!!! As far as I am concerned you are *******!!
