Double debited and then ignored

I purchased movie tickets on mt check card in the 26th of Jan and i was debited 4 times when I approached the bank they said it should correct itself within 7 days on the 8th day I checked and noticed there was still a double debit I wrote to ster kinekor for a refund and my emails are just being ingnored.

I have sent over 7 emails to date with no response other than a outmated case number. Shocked
