Double charge for movie tickets
I bought movie tickets online on the 25th Dec for the prestige cinema to watch Star Wars on the 26th Dec at 11am. I received ONE confirmatory sms that I should redeem my tickets by swiping my card at Ster Kinekor. I went the following day and got my tickets by swiping my card. But not I have been charged twice on the 28the December 2015 on my bank statement for the same tickets bought. I would appreciate for this dispute can be resolved asap or if complementary tickets are sent to me for prestige cinema. The reference numbers on my statement on the 28th Dec are: Sterkinekormobi*** and Sterkinekormobi***
