Do you care about your customers experience?
Watched the first showing of The Martian 3D at 11:00 today. 154 odd rand for two tickets. First 10-20 minutes of the movie had defective projection. Was like watching the movie without 3D glasses even with them on. Blurry and unwatchable. Had to leave the theatre to request fix. When fixed, the movie wasn't restarted. No apology nor comp tickets after the movie. Unacceptable.
