Do not accommodated special need client's

What a disappointing experience. Ster-Kinekor Bayside Mall refuse me to go in with my Coffee. They do not have a coffee bar where one can buy any hot drinks. I did mention that I can prove with Dr reports that I am not allow to drink any soft drinks. I request the Area Manager Andrew to make an exception to allow me to take my Coffee in as I honestly did not know that coffee is not allowed, that was not allowed. Ster-Kinekor has promotions with Spur but do not have any arrangements in place to take hot drinks into the movies. It is winter and people are forced to only have cold soft drinks that were purchase at their kiosk into the movies. Why don't they have arrangements in place to buy Coffee. I just bought a extremely hot coffee (that can be confirmed that I always order extremely hot coffee) from Muggen&Bean and the staff inform me to leave my Coffee outside the movie. Ster-Kinekor just proof tonight that they cannot accommodate people with special needs, they rather loose a few clients.
